Very sad to hear of the news of Sir Michael Gambon passing away. He was a fantastic actor and we had the privilege of working with him over the years. Thank you for giving us so many amazing characters. Our thoughts go out to his family and friends.

Michael was a lovely gentle man and a true professional. It was a joy to work with him on two productions – Christmas Carol: The Movie and On Angel Wings.

Sir Michael Gambon, whose extraordinary acting career took him from Laurence Olivier’s nascent National Theatre to screen roles in The Singing Detective and the Harry Potter films, has died at the age of 82.
