The Ognisko Polskie club in Kensington London is hosting a screening of A Bear Named Wojtek for its membership on the 29th of September 2024. Tickets are available for non-members for what will be a special screening at a venue which resonates with the history of Poland’s sacrifice and cause during World War II.

BBC ALBA Broadcast of A Bear Named Wojtek
In commemoration of the Anniversary of Victory in Europe Day on May 8th, BBC Alba is set to air the Gaelic Language version of ‘A BEAR NAMED WOJTEK’ with English subtitles. Also available on BBC iPlayer. For our gaelic speaking friends, the film is called MATHAN LEIS AN AINM WOJTEK.
